    • Assist as daily "point of contact" for the child care office, including taking calls, answering questions and scheduling appointments as needed.
    • Processes registrations and payments as necessary. Monitors accounts and invoices as necessary.
    • Coordinates arrangements for meetings as assigned.
      • Generates correspondence, bulletin boards, participant and promotional materials for assigned areas following YMCA graphics standards.
        • Assists with purchasing and ordering, including invoice reconciliation and processing.
        • Provides support as needed (events, classroom, program) for assigned area.
        • Responds to all staff, member and community inquiries and complaints in timely manner.YMCA COMPETENCIES (Team Leader):

            • 1-3 years of business experience or the equivalent.
            • Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
            • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
            • Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
            • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
            • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
