Responsible for oversight of planning and managing the assigned
service line clinics in a manner that promotes the UTMC Mission,
Vision and Values of Teamwork, Quality and Service.
Responsibilities include high quality, fiscally responsible care,
and services for the general UTMC population served. Administrative
and operational responsibilities include successful development,
growth, and strategic integration of the assigned service line
clinics. Specific responsibilities will focus on 1) business plans
and partnerships with the leadership of UTMC and the appropriate
chair and/or chief, while identifying and monitoring key service
line targets and metrics; 2) preparing budgets and ensuring the
practice operates within the financial targets; 3) increasing
clinic growth and revenue; and 4) management of daily operations to
promote an environment of quality and efficiency in a professional
manner. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s required with MBA/MHA
preferred. • 5-7 or more years of previous management experience
required. • Strong understanding of Ambulatory Network/Providers
required.Strong ability to collaborate with physicians, chairs,
chiefs, and other departments. • Demonstrated ability in critical
thinking, analysis and business plan development required. •
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within complex
organizational structures required. • Demonstrated ability to
communicate effectively either verbally or orally required. •
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, to include specific
areas of outreach and marketing preferred. • Demonstrated ability
to develop teams and manage successful outcomes required. •
Required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and
holidays. • Previous experience with accreditation including the
Joint Commission Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s required
with MBA/MHA preferred. • Demonstrated ability in strategic
planning, to include specific areas of outreach and marketing
