Job Description:
The Die Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for the salary
supervisors and skilled trades groups' activities, including
planning, scheduling, safety, etc. This position leads teams with
safety initiatives, Kaizen events and other Stellantis Production
Way processes, and works closely with production and maintenance
teams to resolve issues related to throughput and quality. The Die
Maintenance Area Manager will utilize, lead and teach the usage and
maintenance of Stellantis Production Way, and will problem solve to
identify and rectify production-stamping dies quickly and
