Responsibilities: Lead fun, age-appropriate, high-energy soccer sessions for toddlers and young children Lead 3050 minute high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 28 Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment Teach soccer skills and character development using our curriculum Arrive 15 minutes early for setup, ready and prepared to coach Communicate positively with families, teachers, and staff Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and the unique Soccer Shots energy Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and a high school graduate A genuine passion for working with children Background in sports or early childhood education preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to pass a background check Why Youll Love Working With Us Competitive Pay: Paid training $19$22/hour after certification (based on performance, experience, and advancement) Flexible Part-Time Schedule: We only schedule you when you're available. Coaches may work 525 sessions/week , depending on availability. Typical Coaching Windows: Weekday Mornings: 8:30 AM 12 PM Midday (site dependent): 11:30 AM2:30 PM Weekday Afternoons: 2:30 PM5:30 PM Weekends: Mornings , 8:30 AM - 11 AM You choose when you're available we build your schedule around you. COACHES NEEDED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION: NOVI, MI and surrounding area Coaching takes place at: Preschools & daycares Parks & indoor facilities Community centers and elementary schools We assign sites as close as possible to your home within the Novi area.
