Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in the plant without direct supervision. Plant equipment includes, but is not limited to, CNC machines, presses, and horizontal saws. This position will work closely with multiple personnel, including machine operators, upper management, quality control, outside vendors, and other employees, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and recommend solutions. Repair all equipment in the plant. Disassemble and assemble equipment as needed. Assist other maintenance team members. Follow proper procedures for lockout/tagout of any equipment to be worked on. Follow PMs scheduled for the shift. Accurately document repairs made using the CMMS program. Assist in other duties as assigned by management. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work shifts include 1st Shift from 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed, and 3rd Shift from 8pm to 6am, Sunday through Thursday, with some weekends as needed. The attire includes metatarsal boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. The environment is heavy industrial, with a CNC area that is temperature controlled and a metal forging/cutting area that is not temperature controlled. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $64480.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
