As Workforce Optimization Manager, you'll be responsible for the
overall development, review, and approval of property work
schedules.
Additionally, you'll:
-Ensure that MotorCity is appropriately staffed according to
company labor strategy.
-Help ensure that MotorCity Associates comply with time and
attendance policy. Follow through with appropriate discipline as
needed.
-Establish and maintain workforce management goals associated with
tracking, analyzing, and planning of work volume.
-Facilitate and liase with leadership team regarding workforce
management issues.
-Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
