Aerospace Industry Client Location: Warren, MI Direct Hire 1
Interview: Onsite Shift: Monday-Friday 10 hours & Saturday 6-8

Manager The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who
will be the designated manager of particular programs within the
organization. Candidate must be able to successfully plan and
control designated projects while adhering to various customer
specifications and requirements. Candidate must have excellent
business acumen, professional attitude, be polite and well-spoken.
Candidate should have excellent written, oral, organizational and
multi-tasking skills in order to present plans, statuses and
various information directly to customers. Must be a self starter
and action oriented. Candidate must have high level of attention to
detail and accuracy. Keep records and be effective in coordination
of activities to achieve quality and timing requirements. Candidate
should be able to combine office and manufacturing knowledge and
skills to be able to apply them into action needed for positive
outcomes. Flexibility with working in both an office and
manufacturing setting and ability to multi-task throughout both.
This position will also perform tasks such as taking pictures of
various projects, organizing project calendars, preparing
PowerPoint presentations, preparing other forms of communication
and correspondence such as emails and phone calls (inbound and
outbound). Must be able to give directives when necessary.
Appropriate business casual attire and cleanliness required. Pay
will be comensurate with knowledge and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as direct support to customers regarding
designated programs and/or projects. - Demonstrate solid business
acumen while acting as a supportive team member - Combine office
and manufacturing knowledge and skills to be able to apply into
action needed for positive outcomes - Answer phone calls and emails
in a professional and timely manner - Perform tasks such as taking
pictures of projects, organizing project calendars, preparing
PowerPoint presentations, keeping excel spreadsheets up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Preferred degree in Project Management, Business
Management and/or Engineering. - Five or more years in
Manufacturing and Aerospace. - Background in engineering and/or
military a plus. - Excellent communication skills in technical work
environments. - Broad scheduling and planning skillset. -
Experience with large project controls and project planning. -
Experience with controlling project costs and supervising project
teams. - Ability to maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent
communication skills while speaking in a positive manner with open
and friendly conversation. - Professional, tactful, upbeat and
energetic. - Excellent phone and email etiquette. - Experience with
Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outook, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, meet deadlines. - Must
maintain confidentiality at all times. - Ethics - Treat everyone
with respect, work with integrity and ethics to uphold
organizational values. - Organizational support - Follow company
