JOB REQUIREMENTS:
An active Phlebotomist license in the state of employment2+ years
of Phlebotomist experienceA strong work ethic and positive
attitude
IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION WILL POSSESS:
A strong focus on patient careCommunicate to patient/youth on the
procedure to be doneMaintain inventory of supplies, stock supplies
and hand traysHighly reliableCollect and distribute specimens from
patient/youth for laboratory testing per testing
requirements.Obtain blood specimens from patientUnderstanding and
follow written and oral instructionsHandle and properly label
biohazardous specimensWork under stress, critical, unusual or
dangerous situations where speed and attention to detail are
important aspects of the task
