OFFER - 3x12's ONLYFacility is willing to approve up to an 18 week
contract. Please confirm desired length of contract at time of
submission.D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift
typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N IF NEEDED TO MEET THE
OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to
honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate
them if necessary.)MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in
specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE 18 months of
recent Cardiac Stepdown experience - travel experience will
suffice. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not
required.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN
HANDAHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.Traveler must work at least every
other holiday.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be
completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both
assessments is required.Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting

experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel.Must have a
PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact
licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.Cleveland
Clinic accepts locals at the same BR*ONE reference from a manager,
ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are
REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory
references, these will not be considered, and profile will be
rejected.For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a
supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and
be considered- failure to include will result in rejected
profile.Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing
pending. PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and
safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable
score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2
attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.BG hits of any
kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler

Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be
honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from
Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine
(Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be
updated annually.Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to
Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end
date.IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed
within 48 Hours of signing contract.Facility has a strict DO NOT
call policyPAPRs: PAPRs will not be considered alternative for
caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved

Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite
fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. This can be

max of 4 hours, any additional time required for pre-start modules
