Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist is needed to support K-12 students in a
school setting located in Warren, MI. This role offers the
opportunity to work one day per week, providing direct therapy
services to a caseload of 10 students. The position is a contract
assignment running through June 12, 2025, with an immediate start
date. Key responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and
implementing occupational therapy interventions tailored to the
unique needs of each student. The OTR will collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive
support for student development and success. The schedule is 7.5
hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, one day weekly. Please
note that comp time must be completed early in the assignment, so
initial hours will be higher and then taper to the regular
schedule. Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Licensed
Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based practice -
Familiarity with K-12 student developmental and educational needs -
Ability to develop individualized therapy plans aligned with
educational goals - Strong communication and collaboration skills
to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team - Flexibility
to complete comp time as required at the beginning of the contract
