Job Description:

seeking a dynamic Nurse Supervisor to oversee our team of
healthcare professionals. The Nurse Supervisor will play a crucial
role in enhancing patient care outcomes, ensuring adherence to our
healthcare protocols, and leading by example in a compassionate,
professional environment. This position requires leadership
prowess, deep knowledge in nursing practice, and a passion for
improving patient lives through superior healthcare services.
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure compliance with
regulations and high standards of care. Coordinate daily staffing
schedules and patient assignments to optimize patient care. Develop
and implement continuing education programs for nursing staff to
enhance professional competency. Participate in recruitment,
training, and retention of nursing staff. Facilitate effective
communication among healthcare providers, patients, and their
families. Ensure that patient care plans are implemented accurately
and efficiently. Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and safety standards. Analyze patient data and outcomes
to identify opportunities for improvement. Liaise with other
healthcare and administrative professionals to coordinate
comprehensive care. Strong leadership and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of nursing practices and procedures Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful
situations calmly and effectively Proficiency in healthcare
software systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Supervisory leadership training
or certification preferred.
