Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Nurse
Supervisor to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In
this role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality
care is delivered to patients in both our inpatient rehabilitation
facilities and home-based care services. As a Nurse Supervisor, you
will play a critical role in managing patient care plans,
supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with
healthcare regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in
fostering an environment of compassion and excellence in patient
care. Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient
operation and delivery of high-quality care. Develop and implement
nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards and
regulations. Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback to
improve clinical practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Facilitate ongoing education and
professional development of nursing staff. Manage patient records
and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical and administrative
healthcare Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure
environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities Medical

Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification Certified Nurse Manager
and Leader (CNML) credential preferred
