Job Description Job Description Salary: COMPANY OVERVIEW Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctors office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. You could learn more about our organization if you visit our website: ivpspc.com JOB DESCRIPTION A mobile X-Ray technician provides services at diverse locations, including patient homes and clinics, using portable equipment. Key duties include patient preparation and care, operating and maintaining ultrasound machines, capturing high-quality diagnostic images, and documenting results for radiologists. Mobile technicians require strong technical skills, patient communication abilities, and the flexibility to travel to different sites and work various shifts JOB REQUIREMENT Perform diagnostic radiologic exams as ordered by orthopedic providers, including extremity, spine, and joint imaging Ensure proper positioning and technique to obtain high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure Verify physician orders and patient identification in accordance with compliance guidelines Maintain accurate imaging records and assist with uploading images into EMR/PACS Prepare and assist patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance Follow infection control and radiation safety protocols Support clinical team with occasional back-office duties as needed (e.g., rooming patients, assisting with casting/splinting) Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and front office staff to ensure efficient workflow Maintain continuing education and current certifications as required JOB PAY AND BENEFITS Very competitive pay Friendly work environment EEO/ AA STATEMENT Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions, PC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes providing equal opportunity for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
