Director to oversee operations, inspire teams, and deliver
exceptional patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital environment. Key
Responsibilities: Direct the cardiovascular service line, including
operational, personnel, financial, and strategic management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, protocols, and
organizational structures. Manage personnel actions (hires,
performance appraisals, training), ensuring competency and skill
development. Lead quality improvement, marketing, business
development, and strategic planning initiatives. Develop budgets,
monitor compliance, and set short- to long-range goals with
performance metrics. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or
related field (Master s degree preferred). 5 years of progressively
responsible leadership in a hospital setting; 2 years in
cardiovascular leadership preferred. Required Skills: Strong
analytical skills to solve complex administrative, technical, and
human challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities for internal/external stakeholders. Proven expertise in
process development, financial management, and regulatory
