Job Details All pharmacist positions at ExactCare Pharmacy are expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed and verified. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills. Responsibilities Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. Education Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) Active license in state of OH & CA required Experience Experience with pharmacist verification work Clinical Judgement Expertise Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus Skills & Abilities Ability to work flexible schedule, on-site in our Valley View, OH location Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners Exceptional standards of customer care Strong attention to detail and high level of organization Problem solving ability Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills and customer service Self-starter with little to no supervision needed Passion to help people Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. This role's schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
