Job Description We are seeking a Permanent Infectious Disease Physician in Ohio. Permanent Infectious Disease Physician Position Type: Permanent Specialty: Physician - Infectious Disease Location: Ohio Rate: Open & Negotiable Position Details: - 100% Infectious Disease focus (70% inpatient, 30% outpatient). - Provide care in a hospital setting with a mix of complex cases. - Travel consultations, immunizations, and immigration physicals. - Outpatient IV antibiotic management in multiple settings. - Teaching opportunities available for medical students and advanced practice trainees. - On-site CME programs and access to Mayo Clinic Care Network. - Supportive and collaborative hospital environment. Call & Weekend Requirements: - 1:2 call rotation (half-day clinic, half-day inpatient during call week, clinic only during off week). - No weekend requirements. Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: $330,000 - $400,000 per year. - Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity bonuses. - Student loan repayment support. - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer. - Leadership support, mentorship, and strong subspecialty collaboration. Requirements: - Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease (within 5 years of eligibility, if applicable). - Ohio license (or willingness to obtain). - Visa sponsorship not available (J1/H1B not accepted). - Clean malpractice and licensing history. - Interest in Blanchard Valley Health System.
