Position Description:
-Lead Mainframe Production Support Analyst for support of critical applications in the Order Fulfillment area.
-Must provide availability to run and protect the business by diagnosing and addressing all types of production support and business support.
-Assist development team in preparing Estimates for Production Support and Business for Changes requests that are raised throughout the year.
-Review works products created by Application Development team before migration to Production Environment and provide post launch support
 
Skills Required:
- +5 Years of experience as Mainframe Developer
- DB2, IMS/DB, TSO, ISPF, zOS, MVS,COBOL, Endevor or Ford Pups, JCL, Syncsort, GSAM and IBM utilities, MFS and IMS/DC and Microsoft Office products, data/file transfer using FTP, BDT
- Knowledge of SDM, Security and Control and SCRP requirements, process and documentation
 
Experience Preferred:
-Familiarity with RequestCenter, BMC ServiceDesk, eTracker and SharePoint
-In-depth expertise on IT applications and processes supporting select business functions
-Experience with complex, large, multi-platform solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Motivated professional able to work on assignments independently and cooperatively on a team
- May be required to provide off-hour support
-Ability to lead small to medium sized teams
-Experience working in a global team
 
Education Required:
Minimum Bachelors; preferably in IT, engineering or related field
