Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented mid-level
Project Manager to join our PMO team, focusing on Sales initiatives
and Revenue Operations & proof-of-concept (POC) projects. The
successful candidate will combine strong project management skills
with experience driving sales enablement, CRM optimization, and
pilot/POC delivery for clients. With PMP, CSM, and/or SAFe
certifications, this individual will manage cross-functional
programs that enhance sales productivity, streamline processes, and
ensure successful POC execution. What you’ll do You will be
responsible for: • Lead the planning and execution of sales-focused
projects. • Manage client-facing proof-of-concept software
projects, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, success
criteria are documented, and pilots are delivered on time to
support sales outcomes. • Apply SAFe/Agile and traditional project
management practices (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall as needed) to manage
scope, schedules, risks, and resources • Partner with Sales,
Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to gather requirements,
define goals, and track progress against key milestones. • Create
and maintain project artifacts such as requirements, roadmaps, POC
success metrics, and status reports. • Coordinate with Product
Management and PMO leadership to ensure POC learnings feed into
roadmap planning, and sales initiatives are aligned with PI
Planning, quarterly objectives, and strategic outcomes. •
Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional
standups for sales initiatives. • Ensure adherence to PMO
governance standards and contribute to continuous process
improvement. Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field
(Master’s preferred). • 3–7 years of project management experience,
with at least 2 years managing sales, revenue operations, or
client-facing POC software projects. • Certification required: PMP,
CSM, and/or SAFe Agilist (SA, SPC, or equivalent). • Strong
understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies in the context of
sales enablement and GTM execution. • Proven ability to manage
multiple concurrent initiatives with shifting priorities. •
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
skills across sales leadership, marketing, finance, and
Engineering. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce,
HubSpot, or similar), project management tools (JIRA, Confluence),
and reporting dashboards. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with POC
delivery, sales enablement platforms, lead management tools, or
client success systems. • Experience working in fast-paced,
high-growth, or SaaS/technology-driven environments. • Ability to
translate sales strategy into actionable project plans that drive
measurable outcomes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Compensation &
