detail-oriented Entry-Level Attorney to join our dynamic team. Job
Responsibilities Represent clients in non-judicial and judicial
foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy cases, and title issues files.
Draft legal documents, including FDCPA letters, notices of sale,
and sheriffs deed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable
laws. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, offering clear
and actionable advice to achieve their objectives. Offer legal
guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work
environment. Manage multiple case files while adhering to strict
deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality Qualifications
