Forklift Operator Location: Dundee, MI Pay: $18.75/hour Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3-2-2-3 schedule Clean Tech is currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team at our Dundee, Michigan facility. In this role, you will support all warehouse operations and ensure shipping, receiving, and storage activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. What’s in It for You Direct Hire Position: Full-time, permanent role with 401(k), PTO, and medical benefits Bonus Opportunities: Referral bonuses and perfect attendance bonuses Career Growth: We promote from within and support employee development Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for hours over 40; Double Time on Sundays Key Responsibilities Maintain all plant safety standards, quality policies, operational procedures, and high workmanship standards Perform daily warehouse workflow and operational tasks Assist with training employees and resolving issues in collaboration with the Warehouse Lead Coordinate with the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to ensure daily product flow requirements are met Manage inbound and outbound shipments via over-the-road, rail, and bulk transport Identify and resolve work-related issues while communicating concerns to the Warehouse Lead Accurately complete and review all required paperwork Safely operate forklifts in both warehouse and production areas Work within an ISO and team-based environment Ensure proper maintenance of the forklift fleet Maintain the flow of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer demands Load railcars and bulk trucks while wearing a safety harness at heights of up to 20 feet Support Warehouse Leads as needed Perform additional related duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and shipping experience , preferably in a team lead or leadership capacity Preferred experience with resin, liquid, or grain bulk loading for trucks and railcars Experience handling shipping documentation such as BOLs and load sheets Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to leadership Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper PPE Clean Tech is an Equal Opportunity Employer In order to process your job application, Clean Tech Recycling collects and stores the personal information that you submit via this website.
