expand across Amazon, DTC, Costco, UNFI, KeHE, and major national
retailers, we are seeking a Warehouse Operations leader who thrives
in a dynamic environment and takes full accountability for
warehouse performance, logistics planning, compliance, and
multi-channel fulfillment. Position Overview The Senior Warehouse
Operations Manager oversees all warehouse operations, fulfillment
processes, logistics execution, and inventory accuracy. This role
requires a tech-savvy, process-driven leader with strong
operational instincts, experience in the Food & Beverage/CPG
sector, and an ability to manage high-volume shipments while
staying compliant with corporate customer requirements.
Responsibilities Warehouse Leadership & Operations Lead, train, and
motivate the warehouse team with accountability and high
performance. Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, outbound
shipments, and workflow optimization. Maintain a safe, organized,
and audit-ready warehouse environment. Fulfillment & E-Commerce
Execution Manage all fulfillment through ShipStation, Shopify, and
Amazon Seller Central (FBM FBA prep). Ensure proper labeling,
routing, packaging, and documentation for each shipment. Maintain
FBA compliance, carton labeling, pallet build standards, and
workflow accuracy. Corporate Customer Compliance (UNFI, KeHE,
Costco, Walmart) Maintain full compliance with retail/distributor
requirements to avoid chargebacks and penalties. Follow CHEP
palletizing procedures and retailer-specific pallet standards.
Ensure routing guides, ASN accuracy, delivery appointments, and
labeling specs are followed. Vendor Portals & Retail Systems Serve
as point of contact for retailer and distributor vendor portals
such as EDI Manage documentation, certifications, routing, delivery
appointments, and compliance tasks. Keep all required data and
documents updated for retailers and distributors. Logistics
Planning & Carrier Coordination Plan and schedule LTL, FTL, parcel,
and distributor shipments nationwide. Maintain relationships with
carriers and freight brokers. Manage FOB pickups, delivered
shipments, exceptions, and freight claims. Repack, Assembly &
Value-Add Projects Plan and lead repack work (2-packs, 4-packs,
custom builds). Order and manage packaging materials. Oversee
staffing, timelines, and SOPs for all repack operations. Ensure
quality control on finished goods. Inventory Management Maintain
>99% inventory accuracy. Run cycle counts and implement process
controls. Ensure clean data flow with QuickBooks Enterprise / or
future WMS. Process Improvement & Reporting Write and refine SOPs
for logistics, repack, and warehouse processes. Track KPIs and
report operational performance. Lead the transition to a modern,
digitized warehouse operation. Requirements & Experience 35 years
in warehouse leadership (Food & Beverage / CPG required).
Experience with UNFI, KeHE, Costco, Walmart, or Amazon FBA/FBM.
Hands-on knowledge of CHEP palletizing and retailer-specific pallet
rules. Strong LTL/FTL logistics planning experience. Experience
with vendor portals and EDI environments. Proficiency with
ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central. Experience with
import/export logistics is a strong plus. Experience working with
3PL partners is a strong plus. Skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn
new systems. Strong leadership, communication, and accountability.
Process-oriented with excellent planning abilities. Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under
pressure and manage shifting priorities. Salary commensurate with
