Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Dispatch Operations Coordinator to oversee daily routing, driver coordination, and shipment preparation. This role is responsible for creating efficient delivery routes, dispatching drivers, ensuring packing supplies are ready, and making sure all loads are properly prepared and on schedule. The ideal candidate has a few years of hands-on logistics experience and thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Create and optimize daily delivery routes Dispatch drivers and manage real-time communication throughout the day Monitor delivery schedules and adjust routes as needed Coordinate packing supplies and ensure shipments are properly prepared before dispatch Confirm loads are accurate, complete, and ready for drivers Track deliveries and resolve issues such as delays or driver concerns Maintain accurate dispatch logs and operational records Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow Requirements 2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations Experience creating and managing delivery routes Strong communication skills with the ability to manage drivers effectively Experience coordinating packing, inventory, or shipment preparation Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with logistics software and/or Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to operations
