Job Description Job Description About the Role: As an Assembler,
you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by
accurately and efficiently assembling components into finished
products. Your work ensures that each product meets quality
standards and is ready for distribution or further processing. This
position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the
ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints. You will
collaborate closely with production teams to maintain smooth
workflow and meet production targets. Ultimately, your
contributions will directly impact product reliability and customer
satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. Proven experience in an assembly or production line
environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
operation. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions,
blueprints, and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and
manual dexterity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
soldering and operating drill presses and band saws. Familiarity
with quality control procedures and visual inspection techniques.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Basic understanding of safety protocols related to power equipment
and assembly lines. Certification or training in assembly processes
or manufacturing technology. Responsibilities: Perform assembly of
parts and components using hand tools and power equipment according
to specified procedures and blueprints. Operate machinery such as
drill presses, band saws, and soldering equipment safely and
efficiently to complete assembly tasks. Conduct visual inspections
of assembled products to ensure quality standards and identify any
defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized work
area to promote safety and efficiency on the production line.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot
assembly issues and improve production processes. Skills: The
required skills such as assembly process knowledge, hand tool
proficiency, and operation of power equipment are essential for
performing daily assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
Soldering and drill press operation skills enable the assembler to
handle specialized components and ensure secure connections. Visual
inspection skills are critical for identifying defects early and
maintaining product quality. Familiarity with production and
assembly lines helps in understanding workflow and meeting
production targets. Preferred skills like experience with band saws
and quality control enhance the assembler's ability to contribute
to continuous improvement and safety in the workplace. Other: The

Employment is contingent upon verification of identity and
authorization to work in the United States and may be subject to
job-related pre-employment screening as permitted by law. Pay Range
$18-$22/hour
