Job Description:
The Cross-Brand Media Analytics Manager is responsible for
leading cross-channel media and digital creative measurement to
ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives. This
role oversees digital media analysis, develops measurement
frameworks, and delivers insights that inform performance
optimization and strategic decision-making across Stellantis
brands. You will partner closely with internal teams and agency
partners to evaluate brand health, assess in?market performance,
and identify opportunities that strengthen marketing effectiveness.
This position plays a critical role in shaping marketing objectives
and strategies by helping teams articulate key business issues,
close knowledge gaps, and leverage insights to drive growth and
performance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in digital
media research or consumer insights, excels at simplifying complex
concepts, and thrives in a collaborative, fast?paced environment.
The team values innovation, mentorship, and forward?thinking
approaches to measurement in an evolving advertising technology
landscape. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Educate
internal and external stakeholders on research methodologies,
tools, and best practices Develop and implement research approaches
to address complex measurement challenges Build and execute “test
and learn” measurement roadmaps aligned with business goals
Demonstrate strong command of media concepts, metrics, and media
plan execution Support audience analytics, including precision
audience development and insight generation Collaborate with brand
research, insights, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with
brand and business priorities Lead measurement efforts focused on
media effectiveness, brand health, and consumer behavior to inform
optimizations and future planning Provide guidance on media
targeting and budget allocation to maximize investment efficiency
Oversee integrated campaign performance analysis across media,
brand, and business metrics Evaluate and manage data partners,
identifying innovative approaches to enhance measurement
capabilities Manage multiple projects in a fast?paced environment
while meeting deadlines Build and maintain CDP and third?party
audiences for media targeting and creative personalization Our
