responsibilities of a Customer Sales & Support Representative:
Support product presentations and demos: Conduct engaging
demonstrations of AT&T products, highlighting their unique
features and advantages to captivate potential clients. Acquire
in-depth understanding of AT&T's services and products to
confidently communicate their value proposition to customers. Build
and nurture strong client relationships: Establish lasting
connections with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat
business through consistent follow-up and support. Partner with
senior sales professionals: Collaborate with experienced team
members on developing effective sales strategies, creating
compelling proposals, and executing diligent follow-up actions.
Strive to achieve personal sales objectives: Set and pursue
individual sales targets, actively contributing to the overall
success of the team and exceeding expectations. Participate in
training programs and workshops: Continuously enhance sales,
marketing skills, and product knowledge through active
participation in training initiatives alongside fellow Customer
Sales & Support Representative
