Summary : We’re seeking an experienced business development leader
to grow our presence in the Corporate Dining markets in the
Michigan area. This role focuses on building relationships with
businesses and organizations that view hospitality as a key part of
their brand and culture. The ideal candidate has a background in
selling dining or hospitality services, strong communication and
financial skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client
experiences. Prior experience in corporate or education dining
markets is preferred. The Vice President of Business Development
will be responsible for ensuring NEXDINE’s commitments to our
clients and customers are met, while seeking out new business
opportunities with prospective clients that share a similar vision
and values. Your deep passion for the food industry and desire to

Development Responsibilities : Identify and cultivate new business
opportunities to meet sales quotas Establish a territory management
plan to identify and manage new opportunities Manage and grow
database of prospects and activities Develop financial proformas,
proposals and presentations Travel as required Qualifications and
Experience : Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience preferably
within senior living and healthcare dining Services In-depth
knowledge of current dining trends Strong oral, written and
presentation skills P&L management and financial analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Self-driven “hunter”
mentality, strong prospecting skills Detail oriented Must live
within assigned territory
